Writing is my first language. I'm a narrative storyteller, able to grasp and simplify technical instruction, call to action, web experience, engagement, special interest and entertainment for business, non-profit, marketing, and web presence.

I enjoy inspiring a team and working toward a common a goal. I find Project Management energizing and engaging. I'm happiest when strategizing and solving problems.

Most recently I've introduced a team of technical writers to AI, prompt engineering, and AI feedback. I use the resulting data to find gaps in content and ingestion issues.

Content manager/Editor of a wide library of digital support documents for Microsoft Advertising. Edit and update user support documents for the Worldwide Learning team applying Microsoft brand voice and simplifying instructions to support online content migration. Edit and organize content for accommodations for people with disabilities. Leading a team of technical writers in support of tier 3 Microsoft digital advertisers, AI data training, and SME support in content development.
